We regularly review prices across Shoes.co.uk against other sites so that we are confident in giving you the best deal possible. We know prices are one of the key drivers behind any purchasing decision which is why we have introduced a Price Match + 10% guarantee.
If you see an item cheaper on another site please tell us and we will match the price less 10% of the difference off the price we will sell to you. We will then despatch them to you using Free UK Delivery service.
How does Price Match work?
1) Email our Price Match team at care@shoes.co.uk with the following information:
- A link to the site where you believe the item is cheaper.
- The details of the item including brand, style, colour and size.
- The price of the item.
- Your contact details including email and phone number.
2) Our Price Match team will quickly confirm by either email or phone whether the item is eligible for our Price Match promise . Please ensure you give us a day time phone number.
3) The following conditions apply
Price Match Conditions
- Our offer does not apply after you have placed your order. We are unable to offer a retrospective discount. The offer only applies if you contact us before placing the order.
- The item must be in stock on our website and on the opposing website in the exact colour and size you require when we verify our price (this could take upto 24 hours after you send your email - note we do not work Saturdays and Sundays).
- The Price Match team verify checks Monday-Friday (9.30am to 5.30pm).
- The cost you quote to us must include any delivery charges.
- The company quoted must be delivering from a UK address and have a UK VAT number
- Price Match does not apply to marketplaces Amazon, Javari, E-bay or affiliate comparison sites Pricegrabber, Pricerunner, Shopzilla or Nextag
- Price Match has a fair-usage policy and does not apply to bulk ordering
