If you find a product on a website at a cheaper price than you can see on Shoes.co.uk, we will match the price.

If you wish to take advantage of this promise then please contact us via the contact page stating the item you wish to buy along with a link to the website where it is being sold cheaper.

Price Match Guarantee Conditions

• The item must be in stock and visible on the competitor website in the same colour and size as you wish to buy when we check.
• We will not refund an item retrospectively so you need to inform us in advance of placing your order.
• Our Customer Service team is available to check Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.30pm - if there is a delay in answering your email please call us on 01749 671709.

Exclusions:

We reserve the right to refuse price matches with the following websites:

• Amazon and its subsidiaries including Javari.
• Ebay.
• Comparison sites such as Shopzilla, Pricegrabber and Nextag.
• Discount websites for example Groupon and Wowcher.
• Non-UK sites and sites without a UK VAT number.
• Sites we suspect of selling counterfeit merchandise.

Fair use

We will always compare like with like so fair use is appreciated - we will not, for example, price match with a site which has quoted a price for a bulk order when only 1 pair is needed.
