Two Faces Of The Brand
They moved all of the production overseas during the 200's and now no pairs are still made in the US, most coming from China, some in India and others from Mexico depending on the design and construction of the shoe. All feture the adiPRENE shock absorber technology.
In 1990 the Vice President of the company Tony Post actually ran the New York marathon wearing a pair of Dress Sport shoes to prove the shoe's amazing support and shock absorption
The company really pushed the boat out in 1993 when a team of climbers wore a pair of the now iconic performance boots Unbwe Trail when scaling Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest peak at 19,341 feet. Quite an acheivement!
In 1994 the company's advanced nautical footwear was worn in the Whitbread round the world Yacht Race and the Volvo Ocean Race - proving its pedigree in world class performance sports gear.
In 2009 they're at it again! and eight runners compete in the New York Maranton wearing the newly updated Dress Sport shoes!
