Lelli Kelly Party Shoes - Elegant Patent, White, Fuchsia and Silver Glitter Shoes
About Lelli Kelli Party Shoes
Lelli Kelly first introduced part shoes in the form of the Michelle Party Shoe in the Autumn of 2009. This shoe was simple one bar shoe made from good quality patent leather. It had a pink leather lining, an embroidered Lelli Kelly Strap, a leather Drysole® insole and sat upon a low heel, perfect for parties and a hit with little girls! The toe shape was classically almond in shape, not too pointed and good to children's feet. Whether you consider the small heel to be a heinous crime by the company or not, it was low, sensible and secure and didn't have the children tottering about!

The shoe were a great success and lad the company to look for other ways to attract people to their shoes. Sure there was the TV adversing and the toys inside the boxes but Lelli Kelly wanted to go one step further and do something that had never been done before. They succeeded when they launched the Mille Volti shoes launched in the Spring of 2010. Mille Volti is the Italian expression for 1000 times which was a spin on the revolutionary new design that they had come up with. The shoes has three pairs of straps for each pair of shoes. meaning that they could be alternated at the little girls whim.
One par of straps was relatively plain, with just embroidery picking out the Lelli Kelly Shoes name in silver, the second pair came with a diamanté flowers running across it and the third with self coloured sequins along the length of it. the straps could be removed by undoing the small Velcro loops on the inside and outside of the shoes. With three sets of straps in a small chiffon bag with every pair it meant that the girls could look different each time they went out. Couple this cracking idea with a strong TV campaign and the obligatory small toy with children's make-up in the box and you have a winning combination. Great shoes with the perfect marketing campaign.
The shoe were an instant success. Some shoe shops around the country
had a little resistance to the heels but they were low and sturdy and
perfectly safe, so the initial concerns were unfounded and Lelli Kelly
had another hit on their hands! The company followed the initial Mille
Volti hit up in the Spring of 2011with the launch of the Elegant Mille
Volti; A development of the previous year's style but now with two interchangeable
straps per half pair"! one that went around the ankle and one that
went diagonally across the instep! This was the ultimate Lelli
Kelly Shoe and with that I think they have probably gone as far as
they can in cramming straps on to one shoe! Cue endless hours in bedroom
around the country ripping the straps off and replacing them again. Embroidered,
diamanté and sequinned all available to wear on one pair of shoes!
