Shoes.co.uk is a fast growing internet retailer selling shoes all over the world from Fly London, and Sebago to United Nude and Lelli Kelly, from our North West based warehouse. An opportunity has arisen at our Altrincham head office for a person to help us with Customer Service and Administration:
Duties include:
Website Updating/Uploading New Products
Stock Management
Order Processing
Customer Correspondence
Supplier Liaison
You will be a highly literate and proficient Customer Service Administrator, brilliant with customers on the phone, able to multi task and not get flustered. You will be a wizz on the keyboard, (the computer one, that is, we're not after musicians!), and be experienced in:
Word
Excel
Outlook
A working knowledge of Fireworks or Photoshop would be an advantage as would any design experience/or a knowledge of HTML. There is the opportunity for the right person to take an active role in the growth of the business. We are a small team and the right candidate will see the opportunity to move as we grow.
You will have at the very minimum 5 GCSE's grade A-C
2. Digital Marketer/Web Developer This Job has now been filled
Shoes.co.uk is a fast growing multi channel, internet retailer selling footwear all over the world from Fly London, and Sebago to United Nude and Lelli Kelly from our North West based warehouse. We need a Creative Digital Marketier/Web Developer to join our head office team in Altrincham in Cheshire.
FUNCTIONS:
Creating compelling internet landing pages using HTML and CSS with Photoshop, Fireworks and Dreamweaver.
Managing and writing creative website content using our proprietary CMS.
Developing innovative and attention grabbing HTML email marketing using an internet based mailing system and Dreamweaver.
Creating website banner designs that make people want to click.
Working with our Mulit-Channel partners including Amazon, Channel Advisor, Linkshare, Affiliates and Ebay.
Working on continuing website development with our external supplier.
Writing and developing creative content as and where appropriate including Facebook, Twitter and Youtube.
We are a small and busy team and you will work closely with our MD in pushing the business forward in all these areas. You will be a free thinker, highly motivayed and have the ability to create and monitor multiple streams of activity with a creative approach to problem solving.

Key working relationship will be with the Managing Director and online development team.
Qualifications:
Educated to degree level either in design or internet related subject you will be highly literate and numerate as well as being socially and culturally aware.
