The best way to contact is by email. We will always try to respond to your query within 24 hours, in most cases it will be a lot shorter then that, as it is in our interest to keep your custom! All we ask is that if your query is of a simple transactional or general nature, you check our Frequently Asked Questions, (FAQ), section below first. Security is secured by an SSL certificate (Secure Socket Layer) which is independently provided by Thawte. The seal you see on the site is your assurance that any details you type in to the site are encrypted.

How to Order:

Simply click on the photo or description of the style you like. This will take you to the product page, you then select the size you would like to order, and click 'add to basket'

When you have finished your order click 'Pay Securely Now' to go to checkout and follow the instructions on the page. You will be asked to fill in your address for billing you can add your delivery address after you press 'Proceed'.

Select how to pay, agree terms and conditions and select delivery method and proceed to HSBC for secure payment.

You will be sent a confirmation e-mail automatically on completion of the transaction.

How can I pay?

Payment Providers

Credit and debit cards are processed by HSBC on of the world's largest banks so you can be assured that the information you provide is secure - The transaction is completed off site which means that we do not keep your card details anywhere on our website or stored anywhere at our head office - this is why we try to encourage you to pay through the website.

You also have the option of using Paypal which also accepts credit and debit cards.

Can I pay by any other means?

You can also pay by Paypal - we do not normally accept cheques but always try calling us first if you would like to suggest an alternative method.

When will you charge my card?

When you complete your order and submit, we will immediately contact your credit card company for authorisation. If this is given then your payment will be processed right away and you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

If your card is declined then we will either decline the transaction immediately or contact you for further information. It maybe a simple mistake like typing your post code in incorrectly; it is always better to register first so that we have your details to hand in case of such a problem.

If your payment is not authorised and we cannot resolve the problem we will send a full refund.

Is payment secure?

Your payment is transacted using HSBC secure CPI technology which is transacted off site - we, ( Ltd), do not store your card details ; we also employ Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL) encryption and have a security certificate from Thawte. You can be confident that your details are encrypted and payment is secure.

Which currencies do you accept?

We only accept £s Sterling, no other currency is acceptable. If you are paying using a foreign credit card then the card company will be responsible for exchanging in to sterling and may make a commission charge. This is totally out of our control.

Can I order by telephone?

We welcome telephone orders so please don't hesitate if you are unsure about putting your card details in. is an internet only retailer; we do not have any shops. My size isn't showing!

We only show the sizes that are available, if a style has sold out in a particular size then it will be missing from the drop down size box.

We are always buying new products to keep the site as fresh as possible. Sometimes if we have a particular winner then we will buy more. You can always email and check at

Can I change my order?

If you would like to make any amendments to your order first go to Account and look at the status of the order. If your order has been shipped there is little we can do and you should follow the returns procedure, see delivery/returns

If the order has not been shipped then we may be able to change it. We will be able to reduce or cancel but not increase; this should be done by creating a new order.

Email customer care if you are unsure or would like to change what you have ordered quoting your order number.
