I just wanted to say (hope this is the right address to send it to!) that its so refreshing to come across such an efficient, friendly and well designed service with an internet shop...
It was brilliant to be able to speak to a human being, as well as being made aware of how you take each order personally (I spoke to Jackie).
Your shipping charges are spot on, you've got some really innovative brands on there (love quirkiness) your personal service is great, and as a graphic designer I think youe website is wonderfully clear and fresh, too. Beats Office any day!

I was so impressed I wanted to tell you; my mother and sister are in fashion and my family runs an internet business and its hard work!
