How to Order:
Simply click on the photo of the style you like or click ‘view item’. This will take you to the product page, you then select the size you would like to order, and click ‘add to basket’
When you have finished your order click on ‘go to checkout’ and follow the instructions on the page. You will be asked to fill in your address for billing and how you would like to pay.
You will be sent a confirmation e-mail automatically on completion of the transaction.

Can I pay by any other means?
We only accept the cards above; this is as much to protect your safety as ours and to make the transaction as smooth as possible.
When will you charge my card?
When you complete your order and submit, we will immediately contact your credit card company for authorisation. If this is given then your payment will be processed right away and you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
If your card is declined then we will either decline the transaction immediately or contact you for further information. It maybe a simple mistake like typing your post code in incorrectly; it is always better to register first so that we have your details to hand in case of such a problem.
If your payment is not authorised and we cannot resolve the problem we will send a full refund.
Is payment secure?
Your payment is transacted using HSBC secure API technology which is embedded in to our site; we also employ Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL) encryption and have a security certificate from Verisign. You can be confident that your payment is secure.
Which currencies do you accept?
We only accept £s Sterling, no other currency is acceptable. If you are paying using a foreign credit card then the card company will be resonsible for exchanging in to sterling and may make a commission charge. This is totally out of our control.
Can I order by telephone?
Shoes.co.uk is an internet only retailer; we do not have any shops. Ordering over the internet is now a safe way of shopping for goods and services. Unfortunately we cannot
accept orders over the phone.
My size isn’t showing!
We only show the sizes that are available, if a style has sold out in a particular size then it will be missing from the drop down size box.
Will you be getting my size back in?
We are always buying new products to keep the site as fresh as possible. Sometimes if we have a particular ‘winner’ then we will buy more. You can always email and check at care@shoes.co.uk
Can I change my order?
If you would like to make any amendments to your order first go to ‘Your account’ and look at the status of the order. If your order has been shipped there is little we can do and you should follow the returns procedure, see ‘delivery’
If you the order has not been shipped then we may be able to change it. We will be able to reduce or cancel but not increase; this should be done by creating a new order.
