Lelli Kelly are back with a bang this Spring with a fabulous new collection of canvas shoes that started advertising on TV just last weekend. Get ready for Easter and the scorching hot (and dry!) season ahead with a pair of these beautiful new canvas shoes for your daughter. Lelli Kelly Zoo Shoes Collection

Lelli Kelly have done it again! what? you may ask – well they have put the cat amongst the pigeons that’s what! Just when we though we had seen everything the brand has come up with yet another original concept – selling half pairs of shoes that you can mix and match!

That is the basis of the all now Zoo collection from the brand. The concept in quite simple – design a range of lovely looking embroidered and beaded canvas shoes featuring zoo animals – a Pelican, Elephant, Giraffe and Zebra and package them in individual half pair boxes – one half in one box and the other half in a separate box. Wrap an elastic band around the ‘pair’ and send them out to the shops. The shop then has the unenviable task of selling them either as they come – e.g. Elephant/Elephant or offering the customer the myriad of combinations, some of which are seen on the advertising. Technically each half pair is then sold for £22.45 and put together they make up a full pair for the normal price of £44.90.

Well that’s the theory at least! in reality many shops will find it very difficult assigning number to each half pair and will offer the shoes all ready paired up in the combinations that they think will be the most commercial leaving little kids everywhere screaming ‘but I want a pelican and an elephant’!

The ranges consist of a lovely range of Canvas shoes featuring the four animals and a very pretty range of sandals featuring the same animals. What we have found so far is that customers are just not getting the concept, probably because the TV adversing has not started. When it does I am sure that they will get used to the idea of selecting the right foot and then going back for the left so that they get free shipping in the one order. At Shoes.co.uk so far we have managed to sell a few half pairs, mainly I think because our checkout cart doesn’t allow us to select two items on the same page! arrghhh why didn’t we get that in place before they arrived! hey ho! the process is the same – if you are buying this collection, please select one foot and then go back to the page and select the other foot. Please select the same sizes at least or we won’t be able to  process the order!

The gift for the Lelli Kelly Zoo Collection this year is a really nice magic wand with lip gloss make-up inside. This comes free in every pair of Zoo and contrary to other websites who say subject to availability, we never run out of gifts so you will always get one in the box! While we are on the subject of gifts the gift for the non-zoo collection is a great set of Hair Extensions that light up and a make-up ring.

All of the gifts have a small QR code on the packaging which will take you (via a link on your mobile phone – you need the code reader downlaode as an App. ) to  a site where you can play lelli kelly games – neat eh?

What ever happens in our experience if the shoes are in the adverts then there is a high demand for the products so I would advise (as awlays !;) that you get your orders in early as Lelli Kelly Shoes sell pretty quickly!For ease at the moment we are selling the sandals with just the basic combination matched in pairs but depending on demand we may split them up so that they can be bought separately. Our worry of course which is the same with the canvas is that we will be left with the least desirable combinations! Ok well that is our problem! all I can say at the moment is that the canvas can be bought in any combination you like. Even if you want a specific animal on a articular foot then we can supply it! and unles too many people just buy a half pair then we will keep it like that! figers crossed eh?! ;)

Lelli Kelly Boots

Just when you thought it was all over! Lelli Kelly storm back with a fabulous range of must have boots for this Autumn Winter which will be featured on their TV adverts in October, yes that’s less that two weeks away! amazing how quickly this year has flown past isn’t it?! There was some criticism last year because the boot adverts centred around the heeled interchangeable strap boots, some parents not liking the heels on them, especially the click-clack ones!. This range has now been deleted from the collection and in its place is an extended range of flat wedge soled boots and a new biker sole with a heel. The boots are just as amazing to look at but they don’t have the higher heels on them.

Core to the collection as you would expect is the interchangeable strap boot which this season is called Samantha Strap. This pretty little boot comes in two colours Fuchsia and Black patent (pronounced ‘Patent’ and not ‘Paintent’ as some people think!) This is a slouch or ‘ruched’ boot which means that the lining is made slightly shorter than the upper material so the boot wrinkles down the leg, perfect for patent boots because the light glints off all the creased surfaces! The boot comes with a set of glitzy straps already fitted but there is a set of patent plainer straps in the boxes as well as the new Lelli Kelly Toy for this Autumn Winter which is a small magic castle with the make-up and brush inside

Next comes a beautiful new bow boot called Natalie Hearts with a beautiful contrast bow with a swinging heart which has been embellished in the middle with contras studs. The boot has a smooth finish and is not ruched and comes in black patent with a gold bow and heart detail and in purple patent with silver contrast bow, piping and glitz which we absolutely love!

Next Comes a fantastic ruched boot called Eleanor Stars which has a stars, as the name suggests, appliques on the leg. This amazing boot comes in black, red and pewtar and like all the boots on this page feature an inside xip so its really easy to get them on and off. Also don’t be fooled by the upper material! All Lelli Kelly Boots are made from top quality leather which has a patent finish, and not from some of the rubbish plastic that you will find as cheap imitations in some of the stores and supermarkets who are so fond of copying the brand!

Finally we have another strap boot on a biker inspired sole called Madison Strap Boot This is the first time that Lelli Kelly have tried to break our from the pretty pretty range of boots with a slightly heavier looking boot with studs on the straps. There is an extra pair of straps which are plain but these are the ones that come in the box with the boots. Like all of the styles above these fabulous boots are avaialble in sizes 10 - 4 or 28-37 and come with the new castle compact in the box as a free gift – see below!

New Lelli Kelly School Shoes

Hi There!

We had our second delivery of Lelli Kelly School shoes in last week which included some extra styles. As well as the Jennifer School Shoes which is flying off the shelves along with the School Dolly Stars we had four more styles delivered. Ballet Charlotte  Bow Ballerina is a gorgeous patent leather pump which comes in slightly larger sizes, Chloe which is a new strap shoe with glitter embellished butterflies on the vamp and and Lily which is a glitter bow bar shoes, both in patent with a leather lining and comfort sock.

This is a new divesion for Lelli Kelly, a beautiful ballet pump with an elasticated topline and punched bow with the classic logo embroidered on the side. The sole is a slim no-slip pump sole and the toe is slightly curled up. Comes in branded box with puppy handbag. The shoe has a grey leather lining and comfort sock and comes in slightly larger sizes that the traditional bar shoes. Designed to be slipped on and slipped off this is a really lovely shoe for school or party.

This is a pretty little bar shoe made from top quality patent leather featuring three butterfly appliqués on the vamp which are stiched with self and gltzy silver thread.
