Bamboo A Shoes, comes from the same stable of brands as Front and Azor and as such has the same attention to detail as its big, more grown up brothers!The Bamboo A logo was based on an old tracksuit found in the Ascot warehouse by the soon to be marketing supremo James Balitaan. The Bamboo A was the now almost forgotten logo of the old mid market sports brand. James had the idea to create something new and with 6 years experience at Sony/BMGT set out to launch a new concept.
Old designs were recreated in a fresh new way and the idea of co-marketing with some of the gaming giants came to the fore. The new brand appeals to the iPod generation of 15-35 year olds, they go to gigs and are in to computer games.
So Leather laces, stitched panels and cool simple black and white, 80s inspired tennis shoes and easy touch colours.
