You will be asked to specify your preferred method of delivery at the checkout stage. Note that the prices quoted above remain the same for multiple items to the same address. For example if you were to buy three pairs with 24 hr delivery then the price would still be £4.95. Please note we cannot organise delivery on a Saturday. Parcelforce will make every attempt to deliver your parcel on time which must be signed for. If they cannot achieve this then they will leave a card and the parcel will be taken to the local post office where you can collect it, by taking proof of your home address like a utility bill. Orders received up to 2pm will be shipped out the same day, orders received after this time will be shipped out the next working day, (Not Saturday). Please be aware of this when choosing your delivery preference. If you are not satisfied with your purchase then please email us at care@shoes.co.uk to let us know if you would like to exchange or return your order. You can do this up to 28 days from receipt for a full refund but you must follow the guidelines below: - 1. The item must be packed in its original branded box with all branded promotional materials intact including tissue paper and labels. 2. The goods must be completely unworn. 3. Please ensure that you package the item securely so that it will arrive with us without sustaining any damage. 4. We recommend that you use a carrier which will insure the value of your package as it is your responsibility until it is received by our warehouse and the cost of postage falls to you. 5. Please ensure you include a copy of your despatch note or order confirmation showing your order number so we can identify your return. 6. We are happy to exchange the size of your order if you find they do not fit. However, we are unable to exchange for a different style. We will refund your return as soon as possible and ask you to place a new order for a different style. 7. Please add your request for an exchange or a refund on the dispatch notice when returning your shoes. Order cancellations must be made in writing to care@shoes.co.uk before 2pm on the day of ordering, cancellations after this time cannot be accepted as the order will already have been processed and despatched.. Faulty Items: If in the unlikely event your item is faulty, please contact our care department quoting your order number, name and the reason for the return and tell us if you would like a refund or replacement. Note you have 28 days from receipt of the item to return it to us. |
